ABOUT THE EVENT
For 15 years ABRASP promotes and organizes the annual Meeting and Business Forum, an event recognized by professionals in the pharmaceutical sector, which aims to exchange information, debate and roundtable discussions about regulatory actions, business environment, technical and technological development, among others, integrating manufacturers, suppliers and stakeholders within the segment.
DATE AND PLACE
The XV TECHNICAL MEETING AND XI BUSINESS MEETING of ABRAP 2010 will be held in the city of Rio de Janeiro, during the period of 20th-22th of October, at the Sheraton Rio Hotel & Resort, established at Niemeyer Avenue, 121 - Leblon | Rio de Janeiro | Brazil.
A seaside hotel, with a broad framework for the event.
ACCOMMODATION
For this event ABRASP has asked for 80 apartments, that can be booked for a maximum period of 120 days.
Thus, for associated companies not having last-minute problems, we anticipate its reservations.
Reservations must be made directly at ABRASP. For companies that routinely make their reservations with agencies, shall apply to those who send the list of participants initially to the secretary of ABRASP, so we can authorize the release of these reserves.
It will not be allowed to book directly at the hotel, so we can have a better control of the quantity of apartments previously blocked.
IMPORTANT: During the period of 20 to 22th of October, 2010 it will occur 38th Brazilian Congress of Travel Agencies and Fair of the Americas, which is why some hotels are already extremely crowded during this period. Please, don’t wait until the last minute to make your reservation.

3. Cancellation of your reservation:
• Must be formally requested( to the email or fax) to ABRASP.
• No cancellation or amendment will be accepted by telephone.

• Rates are expressed in real and should be added to rates (10% service and 5% ISS).
• Breakfast included in daily (between 6:00 a.m. and 10:30a.m).
• Baggage Fee: U.S. $ 5.00 in / out per person.

• Spa & Health Club: Area where they are available to sports, entertainment and spa treatments. 03 bungalows for massage in the pool area.
